[KIRSTEN UPDATE: PART 1] Saratoga & Western

The Saratoga & Western is a Class 2 railroad headquartered in Saratoga Springs, NY. It runs west to Buffalo, NY and south to Baltimore, MD. Only a portion of the S&W's line is depicted in the game, that being the Oswego Division. Neither end of the railroad will be present. The map depicts the upstate New York section on a smaller scale, set between 1950 and 1979.
